  • please send a condition video of the item using flash with your username in it

  • photocard/s must be placed in a penny sleeve and toploader/ between cardboard

  • card w/ toploader must be placed in a plastic sleeve/waterproofed

  • please provide video proof of the letter being lodged in a letter box

  • for tracked envelopes a photo of the lodging receipt with the tracking number must be provided as well
